Can Am X3 A Arm Gussets
This is a pair of gussets for the weak factory A arms on Can Am x3 72" cars , from 2017 to present. Cnc cut from 10 ga mild steel, they are a simple way to strengthen the stock arms.
We have all seen our share of twisted and tweaked stock can am x3 lower control arms. The factory didnt design them as sturdy as they should have, and the metal is very cheesy, But we have the fix for that.
These weld in Gussets will substantially increase the rigidity and reduce flex of the stock arms. Why pay $1000 or more on new arms if you dont race it? Just beef up the ones you have.
These will reinforce and add a ton of strength to your factory arms without adding much weight. They have been designed to work on all models of X3 (72" wide only), including XRC and other models that use the factory plastic a arm skid plates. Not only do they triangulate the arm itself, but we made the gusset extend as far down the factory arm "kink" to help alleviate that weak point as well.
If you drive your car really hard, you may be interested in our HD kit that comes with additional weld on supports for the bushing end of the arms.
These gussets can be installed while the arms are on the car. HOWEVER, for ease of welding arm removal is recommended.
WELDING IS REQUIRED! If you are not sure of your skill level, do not attempt this install. Its very possible to ruin your arms if not welded properly.
